Rebuilt a financial analytics dashboard with a modern, intuitive UI/UX to accelerate reporting processes.
The Challenge
TechFin’s legacy system was incredibly slow, unresponsive on mobile devices, and users constantly struggled with navigation. Data loading took upwards of 6 seconds, leading to severe user frustration. This friction resulted in a high bounce rate of 65% on the main dashboard page, significantly hindering their clients' ability to make real-time financial decisions.
Our Solution
Velo Agency took a user-centered design approach. We completely overhauled the architecture by migrating the front-end to Next.js (React) to ensure lightning-fast Server-Side Rendering (SSR). We redesigned the UI from the ground up, implementing a clean dark-mode aesthetic with glassmorphism elements to reduce eye strain for analysts looking at charts all day.
Furthermore, we optimized their complex data queries and introduced modern skeleton loaders so users always felt the system was immediately responding.
The Impact
The transformation was immediate. Load times were slashed to just 1.2 seconds. Users found the new interface intuitive, which drove down support tickets by 40% in the first month. Most importantly, client retention increased significantly as analysts loved using the new platform.
